Please note that our VPS and dedicated servers are sold as unmanaged, meaning we handle the live status of the server, such as network and hardware issues, but we do not handle issues related to 3rd party software installed on the server.

We provide a more advanced type of support to the managed web servers, meaning we handle support operations related to cPanel migrations, compatibility issues, WHM/cPanel related issues, and so on. Our managed support service do not include services such as programming, content creation or 3rd party software that are not related to the web server.

The live chat is mostly for sales and general info related to sales or our products. For technical issues, we suggest you open a ticket to our technical department and they can help you further with your issue.

For our VPS, the average delivery time is around 30 minutes. For the dedicated servers and the managed web servers, the average delivery time is around 24 hours.

We have a 3 days full refund guarantee policy, meaning you will get a full refund if you open a ticket to the billing department in maximum 3 days since the invoice has been paid.

No, our servers are setup for free with any OS that you require. For an OS that requires a paid license, you can either purchase one from us if we sell them or you can provide the ISO image for our team to install on your server.

No, you can only choose one of the available OS in the dropdown menu on our VPS platform.

Yes, each server comes with an IPMI and a remote KVM console which allows you to upload and install your own ISO image.
